Holley Rowe on ESPNU just reported that Torshiro Davis has not faxed in a letter of intent to Texas, although there are reports of Davis to Texas, and LSU is very worried.
Are these reports premature?

OK, ESPNU is still being conservative. They just reported Davis switched his committment to Texas, but that "the ink isn't on the paper yet."
Sounds like a done deal, though, to me.
And ESPNU reports this as the first signing day switch to UT in 15 years.
