For me it's just a given that our players are gonna be passionate about getting to play vs not getting to play.

I could be wrong.

Dude, a guy who's buried on the depth chart at one position in a numbers game is not going to the NFL. He has a better chance of getting to the NFL at another position, even FB. It's not a dead end position. There just aren't as many as there used to be. NFL GMs even lament the lack of good FBs coming out of college.

It has to be situational. Luke T and Nick R are listed as FBs (along with a FR-HS and a scout team player) and they are also busy on special teams. On goal line punch it in situations, I say give the ball to Michael Huey.
