This team is starting to smell blood

I'm getting a real good feeling about this team. They are starting to play with great confidence, particularly on defense and in the paint. They aren't intimidated by anyone, and (hopefully) the days of "playing down" to lesser competition are over.

They have certainly seemed to enjoy keeping the pedal to the metal on A&M and OU, and I don't think that's because they are our "rivals". (I not even sure our team sees OU as that much of a rival.)

agreed

our on-ball D has dramatically improved. We are no longer seeing other teams rain 3's on us at will. I am liking this trend.

We are getting contributions from everyone. This is a key component to a deep run

Our guys have done a hell of job since the loss to aggy. Augustin is playing like a man possessed. We go 2-21 shooting three pointers, but our inside game has improved so much, we're still able to win. Amazing.

Yeah, our scoring balance is scary. One guy takes the day off, two other guys step up. We always have a bunch at or near double figures.

And we don't turn the ball over.

This was the best defense I have seen them play. That is good to see moving into Tournmant time.

I was also impressed with Gary Johnson's effort today. Maybe he will stay with the mask.

when am I going to quit questioning Rick Barnes?

He knows the ebb and flow of a basketball season, and when playing at your peak is the most important, maybe as well as anyone in the game.

We are damn lucky to have this guy.

All this **** I wrote about our poor 2-3 defense, player rotation, etc....all was to get us playing well late in Feb.....which by God, we are again, even with the players we have lost to the NBA.

Never another ******* word out of me about this guy.

We are VERY lucky to have him.
