Be an obnoxious *** in Colorado and California.

Talk about the tv show Dallas to Europeans.

Get laid in Mexico by two Wisconsin female undergraduates because you are from the great state of Texas and Stevie Ray just died.

Take the boat trip out of Port Aransas to see the whooping cranes at the preserve. Walk through the Aransas Wildlife Preserve, detouring around sleeping 10 foot alligators.
See a rattlesnake in the wild.
Camp in the Davis Mountains on a cold spring night.
Drive down miles of dirt, gravel roads to visit someone that lives in the Christmas Mountains.
Drop a towel on the hill at Barton Springs Pool and soak up the sun and the sights.
Slice open a cold Hempstead watermelon on a hot afternoon and savor the sweetness.
Visit the museum in San Antonio-Museum of Texas Cultures.
Ride the Galveston ferry over to Bolivar, and watch shorebirds at Bolivar Flats bird preserve.
Try the outrageous fried food of the day at the State Fair of Texas, like Fried Coke.
Willie Nelson's Fourth of July Picnic.
Dance country at the Broken Spoke.
Spend the night at Indian Lodge in Fort Davis State Park.
Drive the washed out road between Sea Rim State Park and High Island, four-wheel drive only, though.

1. Spend a night in a Mexican jail.
2. Try to eat the 72 oz steak at that steakhouse in Amarillo.
3. Jet ski through the riverwalk. Naked.
4. Sit in traffic at 59 and 610 on the last shopping day before Christmas.
5. Get grossed out by some dude in a banana hammock at Barton Springs.
6. Complain about Austin and constantly remind everybody how cool it used to be.

The thread says everything a true Texan should do and makes Texas great, doesn't require it to be in Texas. So, I would say...

Attend a National Championship college football game where a team from California gets beaten by a team from Texas in the greatest game of all time.
