The worst rule in basketball

Yes, California uses a shot clock.

Basketball with no shot clock is like football with no downs. I've seen teams take a 7 point lead into the 4th quarter and just play 4 corners the entire last fourth of the game. It's probably a smart strategy by the coach, but I hate it.
