Wow, we have a case really similar to what happen in Florida has now happened in Pheonix. Actually I think the aggressor was hispanic but not for sure. Either way there is no arrest of the black man for self defense and Al Sharpton or Jessie Jackson is not on scene demanding an arrest. A black man shot a hispanic or white man at a drive thru taco bell because he felt threatened inside his care because the Hispanic or white guy took a swing at his car. Very interesting that there is not an outcry about this. I guess it would be if the shooter was white.

Sean Hannity was interviewing some black woman yesterday on his program (didn't catch her name or why she was relevant to the case) and asking her questions like why Eric Holder hadn't charged The Black Panthers with a crime for putting a bounty on Zimmerman and did she condemn the Panter's actions. Every time she would parrot back the same thing, like a yoga mantra; "first they must charge Zimmerman, first they must charge ....... ". It was ridiculous.
 
Clean, I agree with your post. Now come to the understanding that it is a left wing and right wing tactic and we are getting somewhere.
 
Guys, don't take the bait and feed the troll. He is not able to engage, on a legit level, in discourse so plays you with bait time and time again. It is good at it.
 
I'm sick to my stomach. All I know is what I read at the link. I guess it's less satisfying and final, but here as in the Trayvon case I really wish folks could just back off and if they had to use force, maybe start with pepper spray. If you can, wait for the police, who can subdue unarmed suspects without blood running in the gutter.
 
Okay, I think the witness is saying that the guy that got shot is accusing the black man in the car of trying to run over him as he was leaving the tacobell drive thru. They got into an argument and the guy took a jab from outside the car but didn't not make contact and the guy inside the car shot him.

Not sure how accurate this is but we shall see.
 
Have to wait and see what goes down in AZ. He may yet be charged. Recall, the Martin case didn't blow up until about a month after it occurred, a month without an arrest.

It may be that 'stand your ground' doesn't apply in the AZ case (or Martin's) as the guy was in his car, which might be viewed as an extension of the shooter's 'castle.' Regardless, based on the facts of that case as they are set out in that article, it is hard to understand why the shooter didn't drive away or roll his window up. Claiming a fear for his life may be truthful, but not reasonable.

I have a growing antipathy for any type of law that tries to utterly erase a responsibility to extricate or retreat while overextending the weight of a shooter's personal sense of mortal safety.

Apparently there is some possibility that a black shoot white (native american?) incident in OK led to a revenge killing spree against blacks over this past weekend.

Poor guy was just walking his dog. The shooter claimed self defense because the guy came after him with a pipe. So no pipes or anything else but a leesh he had for is dog was at the scene. The investigation continues.
 
Obviously there was no self-defense involved. The shooter could have just driven over him. I'm sure it won't be long before Rev. Al, Jesse, the New Black Panthers, and BHO weigh in on this. Oh, wait..........the guy killed was white. Never mind.
 
AustinBat, The only way Al or Jessie head to Arizona is if the White Panther Party aka KKK put out a dead or alive bounty on the black kid that shot an unarmed white/hispanic guy.
