Answer: Trick question, obviously Texas but impossible to identify the decade.

I'm pretty sure. We just see ourselves on a regular basis and make fun of TexAgs for imploding. I went to the Ohio State game in 2006 and was next to a Buckeye fan. He said something like "yeah, y'all won a title, everyone's all chummy happy and friendly....wait a couple of years without one, and it'll get ugly. I've seen it".
