Since when is CO2 air pollution? It is not included in the EPA’s list of criteria air pollutants. Second, how about principle of less government regulation so that there is more even playing field. The automakers who have invested in high MPG vehicles are free to sale their more fuel efficient cars in CA without the force of government.
