i see the DOJ sent the 3 page single spaced letter signed by Holder on time to Judge Smith.

"The power of the courts to review the constitutional ity of legislation is beyond dispute. "


He then ends with this pathetic mis-characterization of President tele-prompter.
"The President’s remarks were fully consistent with the principles described herein."

The plain language of the president's statement " what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress." is not nuanced, but strident.

The President is either showing his own imbecility, or trying to inject partisan politics in a pathetic attempt to put pressure on the Court, knowing he has a weak case.
