The plain language of the president's statement " what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress." is not nuanced, but strident.
The President is either showing his own imbecility, or trying to inject partisan politics in a pathetic attempt to put pressure on the Court, knowing he has a weak case.
