That food is an abomination!

The McRib sandwich.

You shut your ***** mouth. You don't blaspheme the McRib! :D

Reminds me of an article I read in China how they were selling pig anuses as imitation calamari.
I googled this. All the links say it is urban legend but none mention China at all. What I recall that this was specific to China. Maybe the writers are ignorant or didn’t want to appear to be bigoted against China.

The "cheese product" poured over chips to make nachos at sporting events.

"What is Ricos cheese sauce made of?

Cheese Whey, Water, Modified Food Starch, Vegetable Oil (Contains One or More of the Following: Soybean Oil, Canola Oil, Sunflower Oil), Cheddar Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Contains 1% or Less of: Jalapeno Peppers, Sodium Phosphate, Salt, Natural Flavors, Monosodium Glutamate, Distilled Vinegar, Sodium ..."

Note: Actual Cheese is the 5th ingredient in this "nacho cheese product", behind Vegetable Oil, "Modified Food Starch", Whey, and Water. They also put some MSG in there, in case this abomination was ever used in a Chinese food restaurant.

No doubt some demented Midwestern housewife in the 1950s put some of this on her deviled eggs:

Hey now. As I've gotten older, I don't eat Deviled Ham. Too sensitive to salt. Still like their Chicken spread. Why is it called Deviled?

EDIT: What parts of the chicken are used?

Strangely enough, I actually do like the corned beef hash (even in a can). You've got to grill it in a pan until it's just very slightly burnt.

Now if you want it really good, buy one of those corned beef briskets that the grocery stores sell around St Patrick's Day. Cook it well done. Chop it up finely with some "home fry style" cubed potatoes, and grill in the pan with butter. (you won't find this recipe at the cardiologist office...)

I thought I saw eggs sold being advertised as the mother hens only being feed non-meat protein. Thus, possible exception for vegans to eat the eggs?

Did the advertisement actually say, "Mother Hens" so people would not confuse them with Father Hens? These days, you never know.....

Aside: How do you know if someone is vegan? They'll tell you. Repeatedly. I know this from experience.
