Penix is the most precise passer I have ever seen in college ball, period.

watts waited too long to look back for the ball again. when a receiver is staring down the ball that's a clue to either jump up with your hands up to knock the ball away, cause it's coming, or turn your head around earlier to make a play on the ball

Did you see the replay? It clearly was a block in the back. If the play was dead it was a late hit.

More guys need to be got in the secondary in the portal. Pennix just was on fire. Some of those passes were just insane. Coverage was decent but we were outcoached.

Actually don’t fumble twice which were unforced errors and stop getting illegal procedure penalties and it is really a different game

We had two turnovers, they had one, but double digit penalties hurt just as much, maybe more. Either way, Penix owned us. He would have won Heisman if this game was before voting.

Penix may not be the first qb taken in the draft but I think he will turn out being the best in the draft class
