for those having problems viewing, you might try Internet Explorer, i had problems as well trying to view using Firefox.... hope this helps. also, if you using IE make sure you are updated with all your windows updates and flash player....IE Is playing good on mine but everynow and then i get choppy audio feed. i simply log out and log back in and works ok again for a while. nothing is good of course as the ole tv
