brit had a wide opne lane to the basket but passed back to Kat on the perimeter. don't think she expected that to open up. Horns are still cold as ice.
 
well, looks like the coldshooting team showed up.

Horns need to start hitting shots or this game will be out of reach by the half. Coach G must be pulling her hair out over the poor fast break D.
 
Gayle got fouled but WHY are we passing to her when she is double teamed? What did Kat think she was going to do with that?
 
10 point deficit. within range but not if the Horns don't hit the boards and make shots. They are mostly one and done on offense while MS is getting multiple attempts. Good blocks by Lindsey and Gayle but we need get rebounds.
 
well, since we seem to have played our best ball having to scrap from a deficit all season, here's hoping that bodes well for us the 2nd half. Let's go Horns...get in there and fight!!

shooting and rebounding. come on horns!!! hard to win games shooting 27% and getting out-rebounded 27-14. Miss St. has 14 offensive rebounds....yup, the same number of rebounds that we have total! we have put a body on them and block out!
 
brit and AG need to drive penetrate. They are our best drivers and finishers. Carla is not going to be a factor in this game.
