My take on Herman is this: if we are offended by the Nutts and Bielema's of the world then we need to call our own coaches out for doing the same stuff.

If he hadn't been responding to what his players were doing in response to what Mizzou had been doing all week, I'd agree. I'd prefer he didn't do it, but throwing taunts back in someone's teeth isn't the same as gloating over a win just because you feel the need to insult your beaten opponent.

When your team acts like chumps all week long, I'm not going to sit in judgment on how it's received (so long as it's not dirty.) In the future, hope that TH rises above it and lets the players handle the comeuppance.

As long as our players don't act like jackasses leading up to the game, it won't be a problem. Hagar may be the wildcard in that equation...

I must admit route running has changed since I walked the practice fields. I don’t recognize crossing routes anymore. I don’t understand a one yard route when it’s 3rd and 4. I try hard to find a receiver that will drive off the LOS, come under control by gathering their momentum, and then cut sharply to the precise point of designation in order to catch a timing route. Dreaming I guess.

I can admit it's hard to pull for you guys. I have a few UT friends but not many. I do appreciate some of you so it doesn't bother me to think good thoughts for you guys. It just feels a little creepy sometimes. I was pulling for you guys against Bama in that one champ game and for you guys in the VY game. I think it's easier with the OSU folks as I have a lot of dear friends who pull for that outfit.

FWIW, I want y'all to mudhole UGa. I did find it easier to pull for Bob than Linc. As for the Sons of Klem, rarely, if ever, do I pull for a cow college.
