Texas defense is sorta like wax paper and not Saran Wrap. They don’t seal the edge and hardly ever wrap up a darn thing.

Absolute momentum killer/shift
This was one of the things in camp...CT tends to force balls unnecessarily into intermediate and deep coverage..and doesn't really have the arm for it.
...as KState puts up 7 off that INT

CT has done nothing to show he can accurately throw deep...nor make good decisions deep.
The worst thing you can say about Card in regards to the deep ball is he has overthrown a few open guys..clearly has the arm, doesn't force into deep doubles, and can get the ball there....in a hurry. I'm not saying he's proven at all....just saying I'd rather see him throw that ball as he throws it better and with less risk involved.

Overall, they are not that sound with their techniques. They are not that good and, at least the D line, isn't very good.
