Dammit! Something tells me Vic worked 'em over too hard after the loss.No Madison today - hamstring.
Could be the case, but we’ve had a tone of injuries the past two years. Perhaps Zach Zillner, the Strength and Conditioning coach, bears some responsibility as well.Dammit! Something tells me Vic worked 'em over too hard after the loss.
Hamstring in practice, hopeful for BaylorGuess I missed it; why isn't Booker playing?
Injured hamstring; expected to play next gameGuess I missed it; why isn't Booker playing?
On any given night, a top 25 team can drop one to an unranked or RV team. It’s disappointing to the fans, but it should be expected.
Not to mention the dribble drive offense that seems to offend some people around here was also largely MIACoach Vic actually went to a zone and no pressing! I hope everyone is feeling better!
Like the post primarily for the last sentence. So Jak gets in the game and turns it over. Vic pulls her, camera shows him lecturing her on the bench. At this point in the game, why? Give her another couple of minutes restore some confidence, perhaps score or be mistake free for a minute. The psychology of one and done escapes me... I know he has a short fuse and expects perfection, but how many times can a player be humiliated before she tunes out completely? Your thoughts welcomed.
Andrea mentioned their lengthy practice schedule since the OU game ... sounds like and looks like the team is exhausted. In Vic, I trust, know that the Geno/Pat methods are similar and certainly don't know what the mood is in the locker room... but now seems to be the time for some strategic and thoughtful coaching. If we show up in a funk in Waco, we'll be embarrassed on national TV. (Not even considering that we might lose today.)
Ok, Jak starting the 3rdQ and playing well ... shows what I know,
I was almost shocked to see it. I'd like to see some trapping with the length we have with Jak and Amina at the top of the zone.Texas in a zone defense a good portion of first half.
You are so right. You deserve better. Wouldn’t blame you one bit if you go find another team to root for. Texas clearly doesn’t deserve you. It’s disappointing to the fans, but it should be expected only at Texas. FIFY.
Are we sure he really is a Texas fan?You are so right. You deserve better. Wouldn’t blame you one bit if you go find another team to root for. Texas clearly doesn’t deserve you.

Oh I am. I’m furious. Instead of moving on, three days later I’m wallowing in anger, posting bad things about the team, rooting for KState to win, picking fights with fans… no wait. That’s not me. Who is it that I’m thinking about?Yes I am. Ya'll should be pissed still that Texas lost to OU at home.
Substituting with 34 seconds left in the game is ridiculous. Not only is it insulting and humiliating, but what gets accomplished by putting someone in the game when they don't even have enough time left to do anything?Still surprised to see the lack of playing time for the bench - but it also was a closer game.
Uhhhh. I saw that substituting with 34 seconds gave the fans a chance to give applause to the two players who hustled for 39:26 of the game. In fact, Shaylee was headed past Vic when he put his arms around her waist, stopped her and told her (it seems) that he was proud of the way she played point for the team today.Substituting with 34 seconds left in the game is ridiculous.
