Texas vs Baylor

Congratulations horns. It was a hard fought game. I look forward to seeing you in Waco. Mulkey needs to get this group back on track. Missed layups, 50% free throw shooting, really uninspired. Not meant to take anything away from Texas...Gayle did a fantastic job with the lineup and the ladies played with heart.

Good luck in Stillwater. I hope the Bears get back on track in Nebraska. Mulkey has decided to sit Rachel Allison in Nebraska after her last two abysmal performances.

Now that was a good effort! I love the shake up of the lineup! It brings more energy on offense and defense. I love the effort of Kristen Nash, her post defense was better then both Ashleys. The only thing they have over her, is shot blocking.Keep up the good work Kristen.
 
For those who did not attend the ”TEXAS REWIND" AKA Fast Break, the team and coaches call Ashleigh Fontenette AT. But if you want to call her Font, okay by me.
 
Coach G said she told the players to come up with the nicknames. Apparently the players came up with AG for Ashley Gayle and AT for Ashleigh Fontenette.
I like Font better too - reminds me of Fonz as in The Fonz, or in our case The Font.
 
The "AT" comes from the fact that her last name has a lot of "T's" in it...but lots of people are calling her "Fonzie"....

I don't think she cares what we call her as long as she is she is called "winner"....
