You are right on, Valmy. I don't give a rat's *** if it's hindsight, Belt not bunting was plain stupid. The Horns should have at least one run.
 
We took up where we left off Sunday night, but unfortunately we aren't playing Southern Miss.

3 to 0, 3 runs going to be difficult against Leake. Ruffin not pitching well tonight. Sun Devils now have 5 hits in 1 1/3 innings.
 
Does this announcer's voice constitute torture?

That and unless they are talking about Leake, they don't seem to care much about what's going on in the game.
 
Sean McDonnugh (sp?) is sick. I recall them saying the only reason Ravich did our game the other night was because of Sean being sick. At least his voice is warming up a little as the game gets worse and worse.
 
Horrible start:
0-4 w/RISP (including 3 K's)
Rupp can't catch a pitch-out
Rowe had the runner dead @ 3rd if he plays the ball
Augie blew the chance of getting the early lead by letting Belt swing away in the 1st
 
The worst part is Belt is not even seeing the ball very well. His 0-5 so far is a good indicator of that.

Anyway...must...move...on.

We are just not going to string together hits against this guy. I am not sure how we are going to get 4 runs but I will keep hoping. He already has almost 50 pitches in 3 innings maybe we can chase him and win it late.

Ruffin needs to slam the door here...or we need to get somebody else out there.
 
Warrior that match up seems to be working well for Arizona State against Ruffin.

This just cannot continue. Can we get Dicharry or somebody warmed up?
 
Since it looks like we will soon be in the elimination side of this bracket, Augie might want to think about getting someone other than Ruffin in and think about saving him for another day.
