Belt goes down swinging, Moldy is robbed of extra bases when the TCU thirdbaseman snags his liner for an out, and Keyes goes down on three pitches, the last of which looking.

First bad inning at the plate for Texas today. Wasted an opportunity to pour on a couple more.

On the bright side, it's still 5-0, Texas, headed to the top of the 6th ...

How come the batter's first movement wasn't to trot to 1B?

Taylor digs himself a hole in the top of the 6th ... he falls behind Curry, who laces a 3-2 pitch to right for his first hit of the series.

Taylor then beans the next batter, giving the Horned Frogs two on with no out. Conference on the mound. Jungmann staying in for now.

Tapper back to the mound allows Jungmann to force out the lead runner at third. One gone, runners still on first and second.

Taylor falls behind the next hitter, 3-1, but induces ANOTHER TAPPER back to the mound. Taylor again snipes the lead runner, throwing to Loy at second, who fires to first to turn the double play and break TCU'S HEART!!!

To the bottom of the 6th, UT up, 5-0 ...

First up for TCU knocks one to short, but Loy's throw to Belt at first makes Brandon stretch a bit and he takes his eye off the ball for an error. One on.

Next hitter grounds into a textbook 6-4-3 double play. Two gone, none on.

Woodruff rips one down the left-field line and goes for two. RISP, two out.
