I won't be posting bat-for-bat updates, but I will follow with a link to an online broadcast (same URL as yesterday's Webcast).

Let's win this, 'Horns!!!!!!!!!!

Here's the link for today's Web cast (credit some FSU fan):

I hate this cheer, but this is game three and the winner goes to Omaha, so what the hell:
FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jungmann issues a two-out walk to the dangerous Carpenter and Ks the just-as-dangerous Vern to get out of the inning.

To the bottom of the 1st ...

I hate to be that person - but does anyone have the audio link? Ncaasports doesn't have it, and the "Listen Free" link on texassports.com is broken. I'm stuck up in Boston, and need my Craig Way fix.

The audio link at TexasSports is the only one I know of, Angel. Maybe there's a stream at KVET 1300's Web site? I dunno.

Perfect start so far. Belt brings home Torres with an RBI triple, Moldenhauer follows with a chopper that plates Belt, and Keyes blasts a two-out home run over the State Farm sign in left field.

Texas up, 3-0, heading to the top of the 2nd ...

Three up, three down for TCU in the top of the second. Jungmann a little wild but still managing to overpower them.

EDIT: TCU, not LSU. I'm in fine form today.

Lockwood (TCU's starting pitcher) was on the All-MWC team with a 4.41 ERA and only 4 wins?? While he doesn't scare me, let's go ahead and chase him early.

Texas goes quietly in the bottom of the second, wasting a one-out walk with a fly out to center and a strikeout looking.

'Horns ahead, 3-0, heading to the top of the 3rd ...

Jungmann is sitting down Horned Frogs left and right. If it's not one missing on the high cheese, it's another whiffing on a breakin' ball tailing out of the zone.
