Florida getting a 2? How in the @#$@ does that happen after getting thrashed by Kentucky today? They should be a 4, Texas a 3 at least. Texas as the 10th seed loses to the No. 2 team in Kansas while Florida as a 12 loses to the 16 team in Kentucky. What a joke!
Well, I think the seeding overall this year is a load of crap--Texas a #4, while Florida and NC are #2s, and CU is left out? Guess I shouldn't have expected anything different with Gene Smith in charge of the selection committee.
These announcers are all saying Oakland is a strong upset pick over Texas, and they have a good big man, Andre the Giant or something. Then Arizona is really good, and we know UConn is not only good, but on probably the hottest streak in the country. Should we get by them, we only have to drum Duke. Not a favorable bracket by any means.
Duke would be first, I guess, then UConn or San Diego St winner (?). Either way, a hard road.
The NCAA is either a bunch of liars or they didnt follow their own statements about the "body" of work. No way is Texas a 4 seed unless they did look at last 10 rather than whole "body" which is what they claim to do.
Glad I did not make reservations for New Orleans (was right about Tulsa on first weekend). Hope we can get by Oakland (Seth Davis picking upset here) and finally get another crack at Arizona. We played Arizona 6 times from 1996 thru 2003 and lost all 6.
Experts don't know squat. Two weeks ago, experts say we might be best team in country. Now some of those experts are picking Oakland to beat us. Go figure.
They are blowing smoke up everyones *** saying they look at the whole body of work. That's crap. Look at ksu...how the hell do they get a 5 unless They look at the last 10...
Gene Smith is the athletic director at Ohio State. Is leaving Colorado out a deliberate slap by Smith against the Big 12? Nebraska didn't make it but is he deliberately trying to give a finger to the Big 12? Or am I seeing black helicopters?
