texas not leader for jordan hamilton anymore

Because access to Hamilton = the only possible info?????

Are we sure Bradley is coming to Texas since none of us has access to him? How about the football recruits...Are we sure they are coming...Do any of you know all of them and can speak to them individually? I don't trust these darn websites with "interviews" and commitments. Nope...Links with stories, interviews...or what someone might have heard on the radio or television....those certainly arent considered info.
 
So stop ragging on contributors here, go "Google" his name yourself, and find out what no one here knows.

NLI day isn't until November. He hasn't taken any official visits yet. It was rumored that he might make a commitment later this week. Someone rumored he might make the decision by yesterday.

He hasn't made a decision or at least he hasn't announced one. He apparently didn't take a visit to USC last weekend. He lives in the LA area, so he can go there anytime, anyway.

Texas has long been his favorite. He is also interested in UConn and USC, and has shown more interest in USC recently.

There we are. That's all anyone knows. What do you expect BIH or SLX or skymonkeyhorn to tell you? When he announces, I'm sure you'll hear about it.
 
I just did what Bierce suggested... there are no links. No USC-related posts that he was there (or wasn't there). If he committed yesterday, no one heard about it.

The latest news on the USC Rivals site is a two-week old commitment. Nothing on either the Rivals or Scout national site.

There is no news.
 
How am I ragging on contributors by saying I'm disappointed to see there is no new info on the board? Some people on here are much more connected to the program than others, including myself. Did I tear down SLX because we havent had an update? Hrm...No I don't believe I did. If you visit the recruiting board and there is no new info and you wish there was....Is that attacking the contributors? Good lord....All I said was that I was blah that we had not had an update from a website or anything. I was not pointing out that someone had failed to do their job on the board by not providing us with more information.

But, here is some news. Hamilton has deferred official visits, because his PSAT scores have been misplaced or some such thing. However, he has now taken a couple of trips to USC and says of them, "USC is a pretty good school and pretty much equal with UConn and Texas."

He still wants to visit Austin.

I think he won't make any announcement until after he makes official visits.
 
Well, Gerry is posting that he feels good about it, so I guess I have to feel good about it, too.

I really do feel like Hamilton could mean the difference between making a deep run and actually winning a national title, so as far as basketball recruiting is concerned, the stakes are pretty darn high from my perspective.

Bierce...My sarcastic response was directed at the person initially responding to my disappointment...not the board in general. I love this board much more than football.
