Texas-KSU Game Thread

Our turnovers were a big factor in their near-comeback. I shudder to think what might have been had we not stripped the ball from Martinez.
Or to rephrase...
Their turnover was a big factor in stalling their near-comeback.

We lost the turnover battle, yet still won on the road. That's a really good thing, and doesn't happen very often.

bishop,

I believe Susser bought 7-11, and of course, he owns Stripes. Sam has used his McCombs education well, taking the family from 2 Texaco stations in Corpus to over 600 stations; then there is the Sunoco deal which I read makes him the largest independent distributor in America. Guy is really an intelligent businessman.

read this somewhere else just this morning. lol
Been a while since I stopped at Hruska’s. I live in Katy east side near Energy Corridor so I can drive to downtown Austin from my house for work trips in 2:15 h or less - not even worth stopping for.

Hruska's is a very popular spot. They bought the ranch across Cortes from us. Great family, popular food, I have never been a fan. Peters BBQ is above average, but I leave Memorial and roll into the garage in 2 - 2 1/4 hours. I do slowdown in Ellinger (Fayette County Sheriff's Office is running radar there on game days). Also, move to left lane to give people pulling in and out of their parking lot.

I think we each had two. We fumbled twice, they had the interception at the end of the 1st half and the fumble and the end of the 2nd.
