Texas-Georgia Sugar Bowl Game Thread

A ton of respect for Georgia. Their d is extremely fast and they can hit.
O line is massive, Running backs are great and the quarterback is very good.
He threw the td to the spot of the blitz.

UGA will mount a come back thru the air, Ehlinger will have to take some shots downfield to win this game. Kirby is going to loosen up the playbook on us now. This will be higher scoring late, I think.

Joey Galloway said it, "Texas was the better team in the first half"

Blackledge is too busy trying to work in his SEC talking points to notice.

I hope UGA doesn't keep giving the ball to Holyfield. He looks like the kind of back that starts a bit slow, builds momentum, likes getting hit, and by the 3rd/4th quarter erupts with 200+ yards. He's a good 'un.

Texas will have to reverse its regular season second half performances to win tonight. Need to keep the same intensity throughout and continue to play sound football. Set the tone with a stop on this opening drive.

Kicking off with a penalty doesn't help the kicking team much.

They can try an onside kick and still start on the opponent's 40. No big deal 15 yard difference .

INT is big because it denies them a possession and in this scenario it’s like a shanked punt in terms of field position.
