Okay, I had expected only 2 out of Jones, Fowler, D-Jax, Hudson and D-Anderson, to call it Errbody. Got that. It is still Errbody!
 
Not getting Jackson is huge...We could have moved Malik to the outside where he likes to play....(*^%*(*&^%^

Things are still good in that we got some DTs, but it is tough in that we NEEDED a big beast like Jackson at the second level so we could put Malik back outside.

Happy we got who we got....Can't worry about who we didn't get they say....
 
It was terrific to see Malik, Deshon and Charles in the Texas war room, on periscope. Remember aggy taking shots at Charles and Eliott last year before NSD? Look who is having the last laugh. That Eliott shot with Rumlin in the background has indeed gone viral now on twitter.

Best was Malik saying when they showed that Rumlin mugshot - "I guess he'll go and cry in his car". Malik:bow::bow:
 
After last year's haul at linebacker, it wasn't a position of crying need. Jefferson, Wheeler, Hager, Townsend are all Big 12 starter quality with a couple maybe candidates for All America. Still we need at least a couple of good LBs in every class for depth and continuity. Fowler and Boyd may need reinforcements. Both are are versatile athletes who may not be every down linebackers (Boyd would be a prototype fullback with the muscle for blocking, but plenty of ability with the ball in his hands and Fowler could shine at Weakside Defensive End.) I hope the Shark smells blood in the water and joins the feeding frenzy.
 
If not getting another inside LB is the worst thing about this class, I'm gonna go throw a party.

We have some young guys there that still have plenty of time to step up, but obviously would love to have another impact player.
 
Love this ^^^^^. Great to have Fowler stay close to home and join a defense that is headed to the top.
