Without cherry picking Daily started almost every game from the start of the season until he was benched. But if you want records, they are 30-19 with him and 8-1 without including a dominating sweep of the #6 team. Seems like an improvement to me no matter who got hits in two losses.
Like I said, maybe it's coincidence and I don't necessarily believe one player can change an entire team unless its a chemistry thing, but it sure is odd. Practically all of his stats have declined from last year. At this point I'd rather give one of those national top 200 freshmen you like to talk about a chance to continue developing.
