IMHO Texas is effectively the SEC Champion by virtue of our current status being suspended between conferences and the sound defeat of the Crimson Tide earlier this year. I’m obviously the owner of burnt orange glasses but that’s OK

I actually wouldn't want to play Washington in the first game, we do not match up well with them. Our pass defense is the weak link and Penix is dang accurate, their strength against our weakness = not good.

Good, they are going to have to play with their hair on fire to win the next game. I don't hate our pass defense, merely pointing out where I see where we are likely to struggle competing with the opposing team.

(and to be fair, the whole team is going to have to play with their hair on fire to win the next game, this is probably the most parity in the top 8 teams I've seen maybe ever and I believe that Texas is actually capable of beating them all)
