Going to the Juicebox this weekend to see the Horns on the diamond. This team has shown steady improvement since Pierce came on board and they look pretty special in the young 2022 season. Omaha in June looks like a good bet.

DuPlantier has almost certainly solidified his role as the number four starter with these first two mid week starts. There are five games on the schedule (four left) that will call for a fifth starter so Gordon will likely get those starts and be a long reliever on the weekends. This staff is so stacked that Texas has the luxury of a Lucas Gordon who would be a two or three hole pitcher on most staffs as your emergency 5 and long reliever. That is a deep staff my friends!

We're kind of known for good fielding, but this infield is one of the best in recent memory.
