How do we defend Kelsey Griffin? She must be stopped or at the least slowed down.
 
They just fell apart. GG called time out. Come on lets focus and defend and make some shots.

Horns are going down, can't get closer than 8 and will need to foul. NU doesn't miss many of those.

Poor start (0-2) but much better game. They can still play better and they will need to do so to win.

Horns will be at Tech Saturday, a place with much bad mojo for the Horns.

A very bad four minutes at the start of the second half cost the Horns a shot at winning this game.
 
Well we couldn't close out the game. Good fight to close the gap but then the last couple of minutes they couldn't clamp down and MAKE SHOTS!!!

And those radio announcers were driving me crazy

There is no quit in this team, though it would be nice if they did not dig holes they have to battle to climb out of. At some point that fight will translate into wins. Lubbock this weekend would be a good place to start.

so, we've gotten a start of

0-2 in the conference for the past 2 out of 3 years.

We've made the tourney for the past two years with an even record in the Big 12. So, does that mean our team still has a "run" to make??

If so, we need to get started in Lubbock.
