As poorly as the Horns played in the first half, they turned around and played well in the second. They will need to start off strong from the beginning to pull off a win in Lincoln. Nebraska has won 8 home games this season and 12 straight dating back to last season. They last lost a home game on Feb. 04, 2009 76-71 to Baylor. It will not be an easy task for the Horns to win in Lincoln. While the Huskers are averaging just over 3300 attendance per home game, there should be few more when the Horns come to town.
Like the Horns, the Huskers take a lot of shots from BTA, each taking about 30% of their shots from BTA. In fact, each has taken exactly 284 3s this season. Texas has a decent inside game offensively with Ashley and Cokie combining for 14 ppg. Griffin gives Nebraska a solid edge inside with her 18.7 ppg.
There is no TV for this game. KVET 1300 AM should carry the game in the Austin area.
