On the bright side, it's a record-breaking year for the Texas women's basketball program. Most three-pointers allowed in a game (wonder how we didn't see that coming after the first game against KSU), worst conference record, perhaps a record number of losses in a season, record number of losses for a first year coach. So this will be a season we won't soon forget.

ted, no question this season hasn't been pleasant for many of you fans. But don't lose perspective by focusing on just the short term. If the results this year mirror the next two years, then there is certainly cause for major concern. You cannot judge Coach A and the staff by the results of this year alone. For goestenkors, you can because she was an "elite" coach who was paid a million dollars to do a job and she failed to bring it to Texas big time. keep calm and carry on!

is there any official word on why Imani played so few minutes? It would make sense if there was an injury, but you would still sort of expect to have seen some mention in the article had she been hobbled...

Doesn't mean she won't win a Big 12 title.... she'll get that chance. Unlike goestenkors whose only claim to a championship for TEXAS was the Maggie Dixon Surf and Slam Classic.

I am sure that trophy is sitting somewhere shining bright...
