The gall of her: Texanne is having her gall bladder removed probably late Monday (5-22) afternoon or, if Scott and White's surgeons get backed up, Tuesday.
She went to the emergency room early Sunday morning with what she thought was a very bad case of acid reflux. Turns out she has gall stones (along with roughly 50 percent of the world's population) and one of them had probably passed, causing the pain and discomfort she was feeling.
So after a long night and morning in the ER, she was admitted to Scott and White shortly after noon.
While I fully expect her to come through the surgery with no problems, there can always be complications. So please keep her in your thoughts and prayers, and I'll keep you updated.
