Clearly, EA Sports and the Seatlte Seahawks are conspiring together against A&M.

As part of the settlement, EA should remove "Home of the 12th Man" in its entirety. And that should include removing Texas A&M as an available team.

It's the right thing to do.

First of all, its a trademark and not a copyright. Second of all, I'm no lawyer, but don't you lose trademark when the trademark falls in to common use, such as Xerox?
