Terrible week

Alex, I've heard from several people that the random line-up changes and mid-game substitutions is really taking a toll on some of the players confidence.

These are young kids, and sometimes the pressure of thinking a bad at bat will land you on the bench ends up in more harm than good.

good players, yes, but current history says more misses than hits. i.e. post season misses.

I think the point he was making was about the talent level of the team - not whether or not that talent has resulted in postseason success.
