TCU

Obviously not those who prepared the preseason polls. Just shows to go ya!!!

They lost on the road three competitive games to
#18 Mississippi and now they were kicked around
at home three games by #19 CSF. The final score
today by the way was 7-0 not 6-2. I watched the end of the game. After today
CFS and Ole Miss are a combined 15-0.

Fullerton is a very good team and will be heard from in the NCAA's and Ole Miss could be too.

Fullerton clobbered Nebraska twice 10-5 and 9-0
before the Huskers came to Austin.

TCU will still be tough in conference play. Starting
your season on the road against ranked opposition
is hard. That is why the NCAA put in the new way
of looking at games. Losing on the road like TCU
did is not docked by the NCAA like losing at home
to smaller schools.

The NCAA is encouraging teams to leave home some and not play your entire non conference schedule at home like many schools do.

Even with a very tough set of games to start you would still expect the Frogs to take a couple of games. They cant be happy about 0-6 but as NB says they wont get penalized for it and still have everything before them to reach.

I watched their Fri and Sat games on tv (that had to be a freezing ballpark fri nite), they don't look as bad as their record. Some good baseball was played those days imo

in any event, it was noce to see some college ball. MLB network had a Prairie View and Tex Southern game too saturday
