Very nice outing to get the W in a low-scoring game. Would be nice to score a bunch of runs in the next game - nailbiters are too hard on us geezers.

Just watched it on review using a lot of fast forward.

Great complete game by Pete Hansen. Pete’s a dealin’ machine!!!

Tonight was like some of those old time small ball games that used to be much more common at the Disch.

Cornholio was their best pitcher. And Savage was their best reliever. Tomorrow night’s TCU starter has a low ERA, but he’s normally a reliever. Their normal starter for tomorrow is injured. I think our bats will be back to normal the next two nights. Plus Tristan is more or less on Pete’s level or close to it. And Gordon is much better than TCU’s Sunday starter.

Congrats Pete and the Horns on the pitcher’s duel victory!
