Didn't realize we had a game thread.

Johnson needs to rein it back in when it's not working. I appreciate that he got to the line when it wasn't falling for him, but there were a LOT of possessions just wasted.

Kaluma, despite fouling out, did what he's supposed to do in this system. Avoid the 3's and use physicality. It really looks like he's put on about 20 pounds since last year.

That Davis on the Orange kept getting the offensive boards. Shedrick needs help, which means one of the guards is going to have to be that "Russell Westbrook" style and stay back for those kinds of misses. My vote is for Weaver.

I honestly don't know what to expect from Syracuse this year. Last year they were a bubble team who turned down the NIT invite. We probably need to match up a little better with teams like that and not blow 15-point leads as easily.

A win is always good. But this offense looks like a high school coach is in charge. They didn’t have a clue how to pick and roll; didn’t know how to cut and move inside. Just back and forth around the three point arc and then throw up a prayer.
