Sorry, didn't see your post before you bought. Enjoy your new TV!
After seeing netslave's link at around 5 this morning, I woke my wife up and by 6:30AM we were at Wal-Mart in Garland picking one of those babies up.
Keep in mind we had not bought a TV since 1991 when we moved to Tucson. Since then we have lived in Michigan and then moved back to Texas. My old set was a 29 inch Magnavox. After 17 years I'm pretty sure I got my money's worth out of it, so the household TV budget could take the $800 hit.
Easy as hell to install and set up. It looks ******* huge in the living room and I love it. Told my wife that once the season starts if she doesn't have that thing tuned to a game on Saturday she will lose remote control privileges. Of course after setting it up I demoed it to her by secretly slipping in a porn disc.
