Absolutely not! I think we should free them so they can return to the battlefield and kill more Americans.

The problem with "**** those terrorist SOBs, they don't deserve any rights after what they did" is that we won't know what they did or didn't do, or even if they are indeed terrorist SOBs or not, with that sort of attitude. We just have to blindly trust a giant bloated bureaucracy that can't figure out who is a terrorist SOB and who isn't when it comes to anything else.
