Double play scores a run then a K. Texas escapes the 8th with a 4 to 2 lead.

Stanford 2 runs on 7 hits and no errors.

Fly ball to center ends the game. Texas wins 4 - 2 over Stanford in a well played game.

Bats looked pretty meek again, but still a key win over what appears to be a solid opponent.

Best, it seems we have found our closer in "Able" Knebel.
 
Nice win to take the series. This is going to be a long year with a ton of close games, this team just doesnt have the firepower to overwhelm anyone but has the pitching to hang with just about anyone.

Was a nice win. Nice to see our closer spot shaping up with Corey 'Cannibal'. Eating 'em up in 8th and 9th. If we can get Cole Green humming again and pick up the sticks some, things are looking up. Still think these new bat standards are really putting a damper on the games, not just our offense. Not a fan of them at all.
 
Still waiting on that elusive first HR. This has to be a record for the most games the Horns have played without a HR.
