Spurs vs. Heat tonight

It will be a close gome until the 4th qtr and Miami will take over.

And Lebron will dunk on timmy like this...

If he tries to dunk on Timmy, it's probably because he's still bitter the Spurs mopped the floor with the Cavs in 4 straight games in the 2007 finals.

And if Lebron tries to call Tim on the phone, Tim should wait until the 4th ring to answer

Miami is terrible against the top teams so far this year. Tony Parker was suppose to be out 2 to 4 weeks but only missed 2 games and is starting tonight. Great news for the Spurs. The Heat do great against teams with a losing record but they have a hard time winning against teams with a good record. I like the Heat in the future but they have to improve their overall roster and they will get better in time. I don't see them as a threat this year but maybe next year?

Miami Heat are overrated, they are getting smoked tonight after blowing a 24 point lead at home last night with only a quarter and a half to go.

really, no contest. Heat just stand around waiting for Lebron to slash and prime time dunk, OR miss a layup, or get blocked. They don't play D either.

Spurs are rolling without Parker. Spurs are definitely good, one of the best - but Heat are not even playing like a conference finalist right now.

I really enjoyed watching that game. 7 3's in the first quarter- amazing.

Maybe I should have said instead- the Heat should be one of the top 2 teams in the NBA- but they certainly don't play that way.

It's funny to see ESPiN, do their coverage of the Heat-Spurs game. It's all about the Heat. No surprise, of course. ESPiN is so far up the Heatles' *** they can see their spleens. Great win for the Spurs, a great contrast between these two teams. And another epic loss for the gutless Lebron James lead Heat.

It was funny hearing a week or so ago about how the Spurs have run up this great record against nobodies and they're about to come down to earth having to face the Thunder, Heat (twice), Lakers, Mavericks, Portland (twice) and Celtics in the next few weeks.

Spurs really lit it up last night. 60% from 3 point range made the big difference (17/28). The Heat really don't flow very well on offense. The big 3 don't seem to play real well together at times. Lebron was very efficient in the low post and his play down there got Miami a bit close in the 3rd qtr. But outside of the Big 3 for Miami they really don't have great roll players. The Spurs had guys like Bonner, Hill, and Neal who came up big for them. What happened to Mike Bibby?

Spurs will get beat in the second round of the playoffs. Mark it down. I'll be looking forward to a thread bump when it happens so I can say I told you so.

Not really going out on a limb since their record indicates they are the best team in the NBA right now. So, if they are just that...they should be making it to the finals no problem, right?

Right, the #1 seed always has an easy time in the playoffs and almost never fails to make the NBA Finals.

Exactly what I'm talking about. And no true Houston sports fan shows a jazz player ever doing something good.
