Spurs vs Heat for the championship

The noncall on Lebron was the foul on Green before Lebron doubletapped the ball out of bounds. He pulled James' left hand down while he was going up for the shot. He, too, traveled like Manu did, so it was a wash on both ends.

Manu wasn't playing nearly as well as James, particularly in the 4th quarter, so he should have known better than to try to win the game on his own there. What a brainfart and clusterfuck of a game he had.

Let's hope the Spurs don't be like the Rangers when they blew game 6 in the World Series 2 years ago and came back playing sorry in game 7. Spurs need to play well like last night but Manu and Parker need to play good for them to have a shot at winning.

I didn't even notice that LeBron travelled as well, but I really don't think a foul on Green was warranted. He got mostly ball, LeBron was trying to draw contact instead of going for the best shot and Green kept his body in his own space while this happened even though it meant getting knocked backwards.

Hopefully the Spurs have enough gas in the tank as the 4th quarter is winding down. If Manu is a liability, he needs to sit. I'd rather Diaw, Neal & Green be out there if he's going to throw stupid passes into the heart of Miami's D.

Agree that it could come down to who's better/fresher between Wade & Parker. Reports said Wade's knee was swollen yesterday after the collison. Wonder how much, or if, that will be a factor.

It'd also be nice for the Spurs to have a 20 point lead with less than 3 minutes to play. Wishful thinking...

Sadly looks like I was right. Wade was clearly not 100% but didn't seem to be affected much, while Parker looked exhausted the entire game and could barely even run without stumbling.

That and Manu, who played well most of the game, was awful the 4th quarter and Green no-showed the entire contest.

Next season LeBron will be replacing his receding headband with a crown and have his throne placed at the head of the bench during games.

He will also be autographing copies of the King James Bible after each game for a reasonable fee.

After game 6 in particular the the 4th quarter of regulation my hopes for the Spurs 5th title sadly dwindle. In my gut i knew Miami was going to take it.

The Celts came back from 3-1 deficit to beat the Dr. J '6ers. This series reminded me of that back in the day.(crushing defeat)
