Spring profile: Connor Williams

if he is top ten I certainly agree but considering his pre injury performance this year I question that. I love the kid but don't remember him being overpowering when he played this year, in fact I remember a few complaints on this board. If he is healed, and I think that is a huge IF, I would expect a few minutes of game time to regain his form/timing,etc would be valuable. I appreciate the 'one play away' reality but just saying a few minutes playing time would be good IF he is healed.
 
I would think that even if he was a Top 10 before the injury, the non-surgical healing alone would drop him out of the Top 10 as that should be a higher risk to the NFL types than had he had surgery.
 
Herman seems to be saying he will play:

"It'll be interesting to see (Connor Williams) tomorrow. I think that will be the big test. He's gone through some non-contact stuff, he's gone through some shorts and helmet stuff that we did yesterday, but getting him in there in full pads in inside drill will be a big test."
