Somethin' Better Than Boooooing

I agree with the 'OU sucks' being a bad idea when we are not playing ou. Actually, it is okay to do it the game before Texas/ou weekend if it is a home game. Only a couple people in our area were saying OU sucks and they stopped because they were the only ones doing it.

I can't believe there are a couple of people who think it is great to boo when the visiting team enters the field. I hope I don't live long enough to see DKR Memorial turn into the Horseshoe.
I'm all for making the stadium an intimidating by having a loud place but we don't need to be rude and disrespectful. I guess the University knew this stuff was creaping into our fanbase and started the

campaign in '06.

I Still cant get over how hard Longtex tries to write his posts like Sam Elliot (Narrator for The Big Lebowski and the Commercial for Beef - Its whats for dinner).

I do however agree with Longtex that there needs to be a serious consideration by our fan base to stop booing other teams. Joe Pa admonished the Penn State fan base from doing the same thing.... It is classless and is unnecessary.

We are Texas. We should treat fans and opposing schools with respect while we kick their asses on the field.

Yes, because if there's anyone you should strive to emulate, it's LSU's swamp trash fans. While you're at it you could pick up a few pointers from those ******** at CU.

There's nothing more intimidating than when the ENTIRE stadium does the "Texas"...."Fight" back and forth. When that's done loud it can make the hair on the back of your neck stand up. Every year the loudest that cheer is done is at the Cotton Bowl vs OU.

Scooter, nice sig pic. Who is that?
