So TEXnSEATTLE how's the real estate business in Seattle been effected by all the protest? People moving in or moving out? I seem to remember that you are in R.E., if not I apologize. I know a couple that sold their home in San Antonio and moved to Seattle a year a ago or so, just in time for all the craziness. They moved up there to be near their kid and grand kid.

and martyrdom. I'm really starting to think that many of these events are just agitators looking for their 15 minutes of "Floyd Fame". If you can have the history of Floyd and then be martyred and turned into a hero the way the left has, then why not roll the dice and start some crap. Maybe you will be able to stir the cops into reacting....and then they'll all "say your name"

Businesses and restaurants in Seattle, proper are shutting down....people in Seattle are moving to the Eastside (across Lake Washington...Bellevue (where I live), Kirkland, Redmond)....many people started this years ago when the DRUG ZOMBIES started....addicts staggering around, everywhere....on METH and Heroin....go to YouTube and watch "IS SEATTLE DYING?"....that was done two years ago, NOW, it was announced last week that the first 100 Police cut with the DEFUND THE POLICE movement is ALL of the UNIT that was assigned to watching over the DRUG ADDICTS ("Homeless" as the LIBERALS label them...and refuse to do anything but spend a BILLION$$$ cleaning up their needles and feces and urine monthly...and, of course, if you have an addicted loved one, they are basically being allowed to commit a suicide right in front of you with the overdoses that are happening on a daily basis.) To put some perspective on this....the fecal content taken out of the local lakes is the same back in the 1880's when the lakes were where the sewers drained.....that blew me away!!!
As far as real estate goes....the Eastside is BOOMING and houses are going with multiple offers and 10-25% higher than asked....Seattle is a much tougher sale....(oh, in their infinite wisdom, the City Council of Seattle who has raised property taxes 38% and 45% the last two years, raised them again, in the middle of the pandemic and with many losing their jobs because their restaurant or companies are now GONE.....They also gave almost free loans if your melanin content is high to start almost anything related to a business or whatever.....
"CAUSE & EFFECT" ......catch my seminar, coming to a Junior College in Seattle, SOON!!!

believe it or not...this is a game changer...78% of Oregonians are DONE with the riots....DONE....that does not bode well for the Governor and Mayor....even my liberal liberal liberal friends down there are all for getting them out of office....

HIC...they are "eating" each other...watching as much footage as I have, I have seen them turn on each other and beat the crap out of each other in an instant....MANY times....these are thugs and criminals that want to do away with the "bad people" that come and put them behind bars....that simple....

The Oregon governor isn't up for re-election until 2022, I belive - don't think she ran in 16, thought it was 18. So no risk there for years. The Portland mayor is running this fall against an even worse opponent. So best case for Portland - they have the same terrible leadership they have now.

Democrats don't mess around - they don't waste time passing things like changes to tax rates like the Republicans do, who are slaves to the Chamber of Commerce.

They do things like go to all mail order ballots, so they can win any election that's close via endless counting until they have the lead, then end the race. They implement ballot harvesting, where random civilians can bring in as many absentee ballots as they want to from others. They go to "jungle" (can I say that or is that racialist?) primaries, where the two top vote getters, regardless of party, move on to the general election, thus making sure no Republican is on the ballot for the actual election.

Once the Democrats have total power in a state, like they do in the trio of CA OR WA, no Republican will ever be elected to statewide office, or the mayor of any big city.
