Should Luis Scola win ROY over Durant?

but Scola is not even the ROY on the Rockets, he comes in 2nd. Very good role player and should be very good in this league as he matures and gets better.
 
You can take the efficiency ratings and throw them out the window. When a team plays Houston - the best defender guards McGrady, not Scola. When a team plays Seattle - the best defender guards Durant. Often there is a huge difference between the best defender and the next best.
 
Scola would be a nobody if he was in Seattle and Seattle would have 0 wins...i repeat 0

ask any unbiased fan who the better player is and id bet at least 95% say Durant and id also bet that at least 50% dont even have a clue who Scola is...

Didn't Scola only recently became a starter, in February, instead of the 6th man?

EDIT- The Rockets moved Scola into the starting lineup on Jan. 27. They lost that game against Utah, but haven't lost since. Scola is averaging 11.7 points and 6.4 rebounds while shooting 57.8 percent from the field during the win streak. That makes Scola the third best Rocket scorer since Yao went down.
