Seafood Market in Houston

I just moved to Houston and I can't find a good seafood market. One that sells fresh shrimp from the gulf and raw oysters, fresh blue crabs , and live crawfish later in the seaon. I live in Midtown, but will drive to get good food. Anyone got any suggestions?

BTW the Ragin Cajun is the best place EVER.

just drive down to Clear Lake and go to the Seabrook/Kemah area. Stop at Floyd Landry's place on Nasa @ I-45, and then again at the Crazy Cajun on your way down Nasa Parkway

Try J&R on Bromptom for good seafood. Don't go too late in the afternoon because the good stuff is gone.

all the vietnamese places in kemah are good. i like my's. also, for crawfish, i go into hitchcock to hillman's, which is also a great fresh seafood market.
crazy cajun is gonzo. i used to love those clayboy's.

There's an Oriental Seafood Market, (I think that's its name), on the West Belt around Bellaire. It's in the place where Auchan Hypermarket used to be, (I think). It looks big.

I haven't been there yet, but the Hong Kong markets I've been to here in Houston have a huge variety of fresh, and even live, seafood.

Maybe I'll check it out this weekend.

I live 10 minutes from Roses in Seabrook and I probably shop there once a week. Excellent.

Crazy Cajun never re-opened after Hurricane Rita, which is unfortunate because the Clayboys were damn good. I haven't looked to see if Happy Cajun on 146 in La Porte is still around, though.
