The thought of having Okafor and Wilson, and perhaps Jeffcoat up to speed, plus a d-line that's at least two units deep in quality, shivers my timber. Instead of a three or five step drop, Coach Boom's defense will make a one step drop mandatory for Big XII quarterbacks. By the way...paging Stoops...wonder if he knows that recruiting season for next year has started. There ought to be some epic battles between him and agricultural for the players in the 2010 class that are left out there.

This is a very possible scenario of what our 2011/2012 defense could look like...assembled from one recruiting class alone!! Opponents' OCs would **** themselves. Add in Dorsey and Daniels and it just gets sicker...

White is our best shot to be number 22. I think we're probably three quarters of the way home at getting him, and we take him, no matter how many other receivers we have committed.

Seastrunk probably won't announce for at least a few months. I think we're in the mix with him, but he also seems to have a real Jones for USC and LSU. Maybe a thirty to forty percent chance he chooses the good guys.

Jeffcoat is an enigma wrapped in a riddle. I seriously doubt anybody knows who his real favorites are. We may be in the mix for him stronger than I think, but.....

Hicks needs to come down here for the spring game for us to have a real chance with him. If he comes, we'll show him the love, and if he's serious about his long time liking of the Horns, we'll have a good chance to get a verbal from him. That's a lot of ifs.

Cobbs being from okie, I just have a feeling that medium game Bob will get him in the end. He's a game breaker, but if he chooses the paper clips, he'll be facing a Texas defense loaded with game breakers.

1530 aired an interview with Reggie Wilson this afternoon. Apart from being a blue chip recruit, he sounds like a really smart, character guy to have on the team.

If you haven't heard his interview with Ketch on his radio show, you have GOT to find it. His story is INCREDIBLE. He was my top defensive target this year and now he is coming to TEXAS!! I am PUMPED!! Nothing to dislike about him and he is just a baby when it comes to football. He is going to major in business as well.

BTW, Lache is not going to commit in a couple of months, he will be committing on NSD next February unless he changes his story. He has mentioned several times he wants to wait until NSD.

Also, Reggie will be a 5 star before the summer. They are definitely going to give out more than 12 five stars and with the way Bobby Burton and other national rival guys talk about him, he is going to get that 5th star. Bank it.
