Here come da Judge.

For the Coach Sarkisian doubters, I gladly present you with the Flying Fickle of Finger Fate Award.

Best running joke ever with Judy Carne as the target. Supposedly, she fell for it every time.
Go check out IMDB's list of the cast and guest stars that appeared there - darn near every top comedy and TV name on it. As well as a few, um, other famous but not as glamorous guests, of course.

Great comments and his attitude and approach is evedent in players

Phil...."One of the things I like most about Sark, and I have felt this way from year one, he gives really thoughtful answers to questions. He falls into coach-speak every now and again, but mostly, his answers are like this one, and you usually get more than you were expecting."

Rick..."Sark is not perfect, no one ever will be, but this gives me the firm belief that Sark "himself to an even higher standard and will continue to get better by learning from any shortcomings

This is what I would want and expect from a head coach or anyone representing a school....even a commissioner

Sark playing chess...
Steve Sarkisian says Big 12 commissioner Brett Yormark will be in DKR Friday. "Hopefully we put on a heck of a show for him. That's what I want. He's the commissioner of our conference, and I'm hopeful that when he watches us play he's proud of the way that we play representing the Big 12 because that's the conference we're in right now."

****, he is even kicking FG’s now

I've always admired this guy since he came to Texas. To go through what he's gone through and to rebuild his career after that kind of adversity isn't easy. Not too many people make it back from that.

If any coach can talk about how the daily little things add up to the bigger things - it's probably Sark. I am a big fan of that personal success and that of the team, as well. /hat tip

I totally agree. Sark has been through a lot. I’m sure he struggles every day and I’m really happy for the way his life has turned. I’m sure his current wife has been a huge source of support so a big tip of the hat to her as well.

I admit I was wholly unimpressed when he was first hired. Mediocre record as a coach, skinny forearms, no case of burning *** rosacea. I’m still concerned about some of his game day decisions, but listening to the guy talk, I would want my kid to play for him any day of the week.

I think he instills an inner burn inside our guys guts that make them want to play their asses off for him and each other. That is the difference between one score losses and one score wins.

Bless you Sark for being the man you are. You are a credit to our fine university.

If everybody in life, took these core values to heart, what a better life for everyone.
It just starts with simple behavior, like picking up trash after yourself and being accountable for what you do each day.
I spent 30 years in business management, and the things Sark is teaching the team will make them better people if they continue to live by that simple standard of behavior.
If only some of my associates had learned those things as college kids.
Great stuff here by Sark.

And as we all know it, Nick Sabin was a big part. Bless both of them. And thank God.

I watched Deion's presser from yesterday. He and Sark come at it from different angles but imo the message they want the players to learn and to live by is the same. Both want each player to be the best PERSON they can be.
Mack preached that too

The "Martha" commercial playing everywhere for Medicare Part C is much worse...and I'm getting close to the point I have to worry about that.
How about the curvy woman tearfully talking about her hound dog faced husband using Relaxium?

The cologuard jingle is what irks me

> Every time, I hear this song
I want to change, the damn channel.
I scream, at my wife
And then choke, the cocker spaniel<

When I saw that truly amazing play by Worthy, and especially by Jordan Whittington, to go get the ball back after Ewers threw the interception against KSU, I said to my wife, “players will only do that when they LOVE their quarterback or coach or someone. They don’t try that desperately to erase a teammate’s mistake for scholarships or NIL or because they like to play football.”
Honestly, Whittington’s effort (and skill) on that play was the most remarkable thing I’ve seen all year, and it was pure character. Supports what Sark says.

Within the company that I worked for 31 years, we called it "ownership'"
