I totally agree. Sark has been through a lot. I’m sure he struggles every day and I’m really happy for the way his life has turned. I’m sure his current wife has been a huge source of support so a big tip of the hat to her as well.I've always admired this guy since he came to Texas. To go through what he's gone through and to rebuild his career after that kind of adversity isn't easy. Not too many people make it back from that.
If any coach can talk about how the daily little things add up to the bigger things - it's probably Sark. I am a big fan of that personal success and that of the team, as well. /hat tip

Within the company that I worked for 31 years, we called it "ownership'"If everybody in life, took these core values to heart, what a better life for everyone.
It just starts with simple behavior, like picking up trash after yourself and being accountable for what you do each day.
I spent 30 years in business management, and the things Sark is teaching the team will make them better people if they continue to live by that simple standard of behavior.
If only some of my associates had learned those things as college kids.
