Sarah Palin's great idea

if you try to defend palin by saying obama is worse, that's like saying 2 wrongs make a right. 2 wrongs will f up the country way worse than it is now

630 is correct.....we need to follow up the Obama experiment with someone who is competent. I'm not sure Palin meets that definition.

That said.....BO needs to go.

Pretty much what I said. Paul Ryan seems to be the most intelligent "leader" at the forefront right now, although he does not seem to be running. Ryan seems to be one of the few that is willing to deal with real problems like an adult. That might just make him unelectable, sadly.

Yes, the press should ignore poll information and go along with an anonymous bulletin board poster who says it's really on the left that cares about Palin. That's the ticket.

Sarah Palin yesterday insisted her claim at the Old North Church last week that Paul Revere “warned the British” during his famed 1775 ride — remarks that Democrats and the media roundly ridiculed — is actually historically accurate. And local historians are backing her up.

Palin prompted howls of partisan derision when she said on Boston’s Freedom Trail that Revere “warned the British that they weren’t going to be taking away our arms by ringing those bells and making sure as he’s riding his horse through town to send those warning shots and bells that we were going to be secure and we were going to be free.”

That's hysterical. Yes, her statement is clearly made with deep knowledge of the obscurer part of Paul Revere's ride and the ringin' bells and takin' arms.

According to the article, Revere said what he did to the British after capture. Was being captive part of the plan thus why he rode?

C'mon. Thanks for the laugh.

I look forward to more scholarly revelations from Ms. Palin.

If there was no coverage, then I suppose you must have been there to know this happened.

the difference between most recorded screwups by republicans and democrats is this....you have hundreds of web sites and news/media outlets following every word of conservative political candidates to see if they somehow misspeak or not. if they do, it gets played on the news, cable shows, etc. immediately. if its a really good one, it becomes a part of pop culture, immitated on sitcoms and nightly talk shows and sometimes later altered to seem even more funny. if a democrat does the same thing, it gets picked up via you tube and goes viral, after a few days and its really juicy, it gets picked by the news programs but usually as a last clip as they are signing off and it is laughed off never to be seen again but on conservative web sites.

What was the initial coverage of the Hilary incident? Is this the nationally televised speech to start her campaign? Yes, general, I can see how your model works in that case.

sadly predicatable.

These guys hold little power, but maybe we can get types like this in power positions, like on the Texas School Board for history text book approval.
